"Hey does your watch have a second hand?"

"It has three! It's designer!"

That seems a bit unnecessary. As far as I know, there's never a time difference that includes seconds. Really the only situation I could see this being useful in is if you are timing three people who are swimming laps. Which, I mean, doubtful.
