What I Want Out of This Blog

Okay, so this is not my first attempt at forming a blog. My friends and I tried one early in the fall last year, but for various reasons, it flopped. I think our problem was that it was too business-like. All of the fun was taken out of it. But this time around, I know it'll be different. First of all, because I'm doing it with two of my best friends, Max and Fatima. Coincidentally, they're two of the brightest and funniest people I know too. So I can assure you that every post the put on this blog will be well worth your time in reading. The formation of this blog is at the same time we are starting our semester in Italy. But this blog is not going to be centered around our travels in Italy and Europe. Yes, a lot of posts will involve some of our experiences while here. But our goal is to maintain this blog beyond May, even when we're back in America. Originally, when we were thinking of a name for the blog, I had suggested "Ghetto University" in Italian - alluding to Kanye West's song - but Fatima pointed out to me that this blog shouldn't be tied to Italy. And she's right. We're going to try to keep this up for a while for the pleasure of both the readers and us, the bloggers.

So please, check back every once in a while to see what we're up to. Tell a friend to tell a friend about our blog. Let us know if you read, and your thoughts/opinions about we post.

Let's get it!
